Preparation Steps

1. Put 3 heaped teaspoons (30g) of thymol crystals in a glass container
2. Add 2-3 dessertspoons (20-30ml) of alcohol (isopropyl, surgical or methylated spirits)
3. Dissolve the thymol in alcohol. Warm to speed up dissolving
4. Fill a 1lb honey jar (320ml) just short of half full with water
5. Add 1 teaspoonful (5mg) of lecithin
6. Stir well and place jar in microwave on full power for 2 minutes
7. Stir often until most lecithin has dissolved
8. Add the dissolved thymol to the mix and shake well (will look like milk)
