Apiaries — Number of apiaries (locations) you can manage.
Hives — Maximum hive records you can create. Each registered device adds +1 bonus hive slot.
Registered Devices — Connect SCALE-1 or other monitoring devices to track weight, temperature and humidity in real time.
Monitoring Data — How far back device data (weight charts, temperature) is stored and accessible.
Hive Analysis — Prototype rule-based hive summary from monitoring-device weight data. Available on Basic and higher plans when devices are registered. Help Centre guidance is visible to everyone.
Guest Accounts — Invite extra people from the Account page with their own guest login name and guest password. Guest emails can match an existing BeePortal user, but guest sign-in always uses Guest Login.
Guest Access Roles — Choose Full access, Add/Edit without delete, View all, or Dashboard only. Guests never get the Account page, Registered Devices are view-only, and Settings stay unavailable.
Hive Inspection — Hive Record Card: detailed per-hive inspection history with queen, colony, brood, feeding and weather tracking. Available on all plans.
